LOVE NOTES
Vashelle was great to work with from beginning to end! We all know that wedding planning has the fun parts, and the not-so-fun parts. It was nice that Vashelle was able to tackle the not-so-fun parts, which allowed me and my hubby to enjoy everything else. Vashelle was detail-orientated and took care of all the tiny details so I never had to worry about anything going amiss on the big day. After the wedding, I had heard that there were some issues with the caterer, but Vashelle took care of it without us even hearing about!
She communicates well and responds promptly. A bonus is that she’s bilingual and speaks Cantonese so she was able to help herd some of our elder, monolingual relatives around. Lastly, Vashelle is just a sweetheart that really, truly just wants you to have the best day ever. She goes out of her way to make sure that the bride and groom are stress-free and having the time of their lives.

For someone like me - who needs to have a handle on everything and doesn’t like to burden anyone, the task of wedding planning quickly became overwhelming. In order to really enjoy the process and the big day, I realized I needed help. I needed someone I could trust.
Vashelle was just that person. It was absolutely vital to have someone like Vashelle that knows the field and understands the coordination necessary between vendors in order to make our special day runs as we’ve planned.
Vashelle is thorough in her planning and preparation. She really had the bride and groom in mind and considered all of our wants and needs. She has great foresight and consideration to parts of event planning that are easy to slip a bride and groom’s mind. Each meeting with Vashelle was focused and each meeting met progress. This was especially comforting as the big day approached.
On the day of our wedding, Vashelle went above and beyond to ensure that I did not have to worry about thing. She set up and ran around communicating with all the vendors and was sure to let me know that everything was running smoothly so that I could truly enjoy that special day.

Vashelle was awesome! The one thing we heard over and over again from friends and family is a wedding coordinator is a must. I reached out to Vashelle and received a reply promptly, we met in person a couple of times at coffee shops during dates/ times/ locations that worked with our schedule. We decided to go with the month/ day of coordination package, she was reliable throughout the entire process, so kind and made our wedding day/ night seamless! Vashelle was super on top of things the day of the wedding and even surprised myself and my bridesmaids with a goodie bag of snacks which was SO thoughtful! She went above and beyond, reminded us to eat, drink and even take a photobooth photo! Vashelle stayed until the end of the night, helped us pack our car and was the best coordinator we could have asked for! Oh and she has a corgi! :)
